내 집이 바로 떡집이다~❕❕ 달콤한 딸기우유로 쫄탱한 우유떡 만들어보자구요~😋 재료 -딸기우유 200ml -비트즙 3큰술 (취향에 따라) -전분 4큰술 -찹쌀가루 2큰술 -설탕3큰술 -소금 약간 만들기 -찹쌀가루 2큰술, 전분 4큰술 -소금약간, 설탕3큰술 넣어 섞어줍니다 -냄비에 딸기우유를 붓고 비트즙을 3큰술 넣어줍니다 (저는 색상을 예쁘게 내려고 넣었어요) -섞어둔가루를 넣고 잘 저어줍니다 -불을켜고 (계속 약불) 저어줍니다 이게 떡이되려나? 할쯤 뭉쳐져질거예요 ㅎㅎ -뭉쳐진 떡은 기름을 두른 도마에 올려 모양을 잡아줍니다 따뜻할 때 모양이 잘 잡혀요 -쫄깃한 딸기우유떡 완성! --- Ingredients - Strawberry milk 200ml - 3 spoons of beet juice (depending on your taste) - 4 spoons of starch powder - 2 spoons of glutinous rice flour - 3 spoons of sugar - A little bit of salt How to make - Mix 2 spoons of glutinous rice flour, 4 spoons of starch, a little bit of salt, and 3 spoons of sugar. - Pour strawberry milk into a pot and add 3 spoons of beet juice to it. (I add the beet juice to give a nice color.) - Add the powder mixture to the pot and stir well. - Turn on the heat. Use low heat and keep stirring. I know you might think “Is this really gonna be a rice cake?”. Don't worry, it will get started getting lumpy. - Once it gets lumpy enough, move it to a cutting board and make a shape.
